  • Fountain House - Kramer Levin assists in the recovery of men and women with mental illness by providing opportunities for members to work and learn, while contributing their talents through a community of mutual support with a six month internship at the firm.
  • First-Step - Kramer Levin sponsors two to three First Step interns, a four month job-training program for homeless and low-income women. Our employees work closely with the interns to develop their office, interpersonal and interview skills so they may move on to a full time job.
  • Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Program - Kramer Levin offers one high school student a challenging job that provides insight into the relationship between academic studies and the business environment while providing outstanding work experience for eager and talented students.
  • Cristo Rey NY High School - Economically disadvantaged students work one full day a week at the firm to offset the cost of their education by 72 percent and to experience a real-world workplace environment.
  • New Eyes for the Needy - Kramer Levin employees donate eyeglasses that are then distributed to those in need in developing nations worldwide.
